HOW TO ORDER + SHIPMENT  

  

How to order
1. Place the item you selected in the basket (winkelwagen). In the basket you will find an overview of your order, the methods of shipment (verzendmethode) and the methods of payment (betaalmethode). Check the fields that apply to you and proceed to step 2.

2. Fill in your details. Before you can continue you have to check the box ‘I agree with the general terms and conditions’ ('Ik ga akkoord met de algemene voorwaarden’).
Please note, If required you can leave additional information or a message in the box ‘extra informatie’. Proceed to step 3.

3. Please check your data and order details again. Then proceed to step 4. Please note that once you have proceeded to step 4 you cannot change your order or data anymore.

4. At Bliinkt you can pay by Ideal, Creditcard, Bancontact and money transfer. Ideal-, Creditcard- and Bancontact payments are executed through the platform of Mollie. If you choose for payment by money transfer, funds have to be received by us within seven days of ordering. We will reserve your purchased items during this period and ship them upon receipt of funds.

5. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Note: You did not receive the order confirmation? Please check your spambox!
If you can't find the order confirmation in your spambox either, please send a message with your telephone number. Then you will be contacted asap.
Shipment
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

- Mailbox, no track & trace, not insured = Eur 3,95
This shipping option is only available for orders up to 100,-
No refund when packace is damaged or missing

- (Mailbox) Parcel incl. track & trace = Eur 4,95
This shipping option is only available for orders up to 100,-
No refund when packace is damaged or missing

egistered mail = 8,95
Registered mail for orders between 50 and 100, = 7,95
Registered mail for orders between 100 and 150, = 6,95
Registered mail for orders between 150 and 200, = 5,95

Orders over eur 200,= will be shipped free of charge

What to do when package is damaged?
1. Please let me know within 5 days of arrival.
2. Please send me pictures of the (damaged) package, box/envelope and contents.
If step 1 and 2 will not be taken, no refund possible.

What to do when you didn't receive the package?
Please contact me within 3 days of shipment. Date of shipment is the date of shipping confirmation mail.


Shipping costs other countries
Shipping costs differ per country. When selecting the shipment method in your basket, you will see the applicable shipping costs for your country.
Please note, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
