RETURN POLICY

 

Although all efforts are made to place as clear as possible information and pictures on the website it may occur that your purchase does not meet your expectations. In this case you may make use of our return policy. ((Only valid for EU countries plus Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).

 

Cancellation
You can, without stating any specific reason, cancel your order. This can be done via email. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If your order has already been sent, the return policy applies.
Return policy
You have the right to return your (partial or entire) order within 14 days of the day of receipt of the order.
- Inform us by e-mail

Fill out the return form and mail it to info@bliinkt.nl.
- You will receive a confirmation and return instructions by e-mail. After receipt this confirmation, the return shipment must be received by us within 14 days. We will send you an e-mail as soon as the return shipment has arrived at Bliinkt. For the return shipment please use, as much as possible, the original packaging.
- The costs and risks of the return shipment are for account of the customer.
- You can only return your purchase by mail. Bliinkt does not have a visiting adress.

If you did not receive any email in your spambox either, please send a message with your telephone number. Then you will be contacted asap.
Reimbursement

You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount of the returned items if they are in the same condition as when shipped. That is, not worn, without odours, make-up residues, damage or wear/traces of use other than those already present at purchase.

- The shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the entire order is returned. If a part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Please note:
We cannot accept items that are not in the same condition as when purchased (at the discretion of Bliinkt) or shipments received after the return period. Cash on delivery return shipments and non or insufficiently franked shipments will not be accepted. The invoice amount will not be reimbursed in either case.
Complaints
We are of course pleased when you are satisfied with your purchase! If not, please let us know and we will do our utmost best to find a satisfactory solution for us both.
In the unlikely event that this will not work out, we will take our dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
